Last week, both President Trump and Governor Reynolds issued orders permitting the use of dyed diesel fuel on roadways. There are differences in the orders and how they apply here in Iowa versus around the country. Above is a chart put together by the Departments of Transportation, Public Safety, and Revenue to help Iowans understand the assistance being provided at both levels.
