The Western Iowa Tech Community College student radio station, KWSR, is hosting the Witstock Music Festival on Wednesday, April 30, from 6-10 p.m. at WITCC Parking Lot 1.
Witstock is a family-friendly event and open to the public. The music line-up features Gee Q Vee, Kenny K and the Dead Cowboys, and headliner Fair to Compare. The bands cover various genres of music like hip hop, country and rock. Western Iowa Tech Community College Mass Communications student, Luke Larson, will serve as Master of Ceremonies.
This year’s event is hosted by KWSR, Western Iowa Tech Community College’s student radio station, in conjunction with the Mass Communications program and student activities. Video and audio engineering students are responsible for all technical aspects and production of the show and Student Activities are providing the food and activities.
