Janice Ruth Mills, 85, of Owensboro, Ky., transitioned from her earthly dwelling to her heavenly home on Friday, March 7, 2025, at her home.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 27, at the Okoboji Bible Conference grounds in Arnolds Park.
