Deb was born June 11, 1956, to Harlan and LaRue (Ellis) Schade in Sac City. She attended school in Sac City, graduating in 1974. She went on to attend the Spencer School of Business.

On Aug. 25, 1979, Deb was united in marriage to Mark A. Williams at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Storm Lake. To this union, three children were born: Holli, Simon and Sydni.

In 1994, Deb received a kidney transplant. She was grateful that she received a renewed life which sustained her for 25 years.

Deb was a member of St. Mary’s Guild and was a Master Gardener. Deb worked in banking for many years. In her free time, she was an avid reader and gardener. You could also find her practicing yoga or baking. More than anything, Deb treasured time with her family. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she looked forward to her annual family vacations. Deb will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish Deb’s memory include her father Harlan Schade of Sac City; beloved husband Mark Williams of Storm Lake; children: Simon (Rachel) Williams of Estherville; Sydni (Charles Shaw) Williams-Shaw of Denver, Colo.; grandchildren: Erica and Riley Williams; Quinten and Zayden Shaw; brothers: Kurt (Jana) Schade of Waukee; Kollin (Janice) Schade of Duluth, Minn.; brother-in-law Steve Williams of Storm Lake; David (Norma) Williams of Storm Lake: nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.

Greeting her in heaven include her mother LaRue Schade and Ron Nelson; daughter Holli Williams; and sister-in-law Carol Williams.
