Rally4Veterans was founded by Vani Ahlers in 2015 in Laurens as way to give back to Iowa veterans. Since then it has blossomed into a regional group.

This year the organization hosted fundraisers in six Northwest Iowa counties to make a sizable donation to the Brushy Creek Area Honor Flight, which sends World War II, Korean War, and now Vietnam War era veterans to the nation’s capital to see the monuments they earned.
